So as we've mentioned, we're doing resolutions. I think I'll break them down to categories. Today it's health.
  • continue with the H2O
  • moisturize
  • keep up with trimming your hair!
  • more fruit & veg
  • cut sugar
  • be intentional about food
  • run
  • maybe yoga? i don't know... 
  • confidence. 
  • sleep [like what i should be doing now]
Just some thoughts.
Any of you have health-related resolutions?
